Affections and aesthetic experiments in education research

The article, written in an essayistic way, focuses on affects in their relationship with aesthetic experiments in education research. It presents fragments of research carried out with elementary school students aiming to shift the act of understanding from the intellectual dimension to the body and its experiments. It concludes that aesthetic experiments and affects in movement have the power to welcome the unknown and overcome educational research approaches centered on fixed representations and/or categorizations of the social.
